3 TIPPS,HOW A PERSONAL CRISES CAN BE A CHANCE TO REFLECT, TRANSFORM AND LIVE THE LIFE OF YOUR DREAMS
A personal crisis could be the best thing, that ever happened to you. It could be your greatest chance to live the life of your dreams. Today I would love to give you some ideas to get in touch with your heart, find what makes your heart sing and go for it.
If we are not in sync with our heart, we fall into the "victim mode". We give the reigns of our life and even identity into the hands of someone else.
Do sentences like these sound familiar?
"I depend on you."
"I am a victim of: mobbing, disrespectful behavior, bad health, bad gene pool, etc..."
"If we ..., I wouldn't feel so ...!"
The truth is: at one point in your life, you gave the reigns over your life and thoughts away, but I have fantastic news for you.
You can take the reigns back!
And here is how:
Accept! Get into "victim mode" and feel what you are thinking right this minute about
Ask yourself, is this really so? Am I the victim? Which paths did I go? Did I have a choice?

3. Tell yourself and others a new story!
Write it down and repeat it often.
This is the most important part, here you take responsibility. It is also the time to confess!
Why did you decide the way you did.
Empowering new stories would be:
"I didn't get mobbed, I am just not a fighter. At the time I just wanted to be left alone and I didn't have defense mechanisms in place."
"I was not treated disrespectfully, I chose harmony over fighting."
